It’s the time of year when all the games we’ve been awaiting are out, and those we are looking forward to seem long into the distance.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has to be at the top of my list for hype. Not only does it encompass the awesome gunfights that MW3 fails to offer and Battlefield wins in, but also gives the users the chance add intelligence to their arsenal.

You will find yourself working closely with your team to take out your foe in the most discrete fashion possible, taking to the sky to command from a safe height or simply running in and gunning those chumps down.

We expect to see this highly anticipated sequel outing on the 25th May this year. Not at all long to wait now.

An experience much similar to Future Soldier, yet with a more highly acclaimed background, is Rainbow Six: Patriots. After Vegas 2, the younger sibling, found itself to be one of the most enjoyable tactical shoot-em-ups, there was a long pause. This could be the break in silence that we’ve all been waiting for.

The Patriots are a highly trained group of militants, hellbent on destroying the US government, which they believe to be dangerously corrupt. You’ll be tasked with making split second decisions and hard-to-make choices that could change your outlook on life forever. Pushing a civilian off a bridge to save the others on the bridge or shooting the police to stop them messing things up are just a few examples of these hard actions you will have to make.

Skyrim recently received killcams for its projectile weapons. This, we think, could produce some awesome results although we would be worried about our intense battle concentration being broken to watch in awe as our arrow soars though the still air. Tell us what you think of the killcam – a brilliant addition or just a waste of time?

GTA V recently spun upon the rumour mill. A whole host of new information is now available and we are fairly sure of its legitimacy.

October 2012 is the date being throw about and this certainly has background considering Rockstar is only taking a casual approach toward hype at the moment. We will no doubt be seeing more of this in weeks to come.

EA have really hit the bumpy road of boulders. Well, more of a cliff. After being voted the worst consumer company in the US of A, they are now under intense fire in the form of letters. Anti-gay letters. This is part of an anti-gay campaign being run via letter. It’s a real bad time, even if Mass Effect 3 has done astoundingly well. Chin up chaps.

And now, it’s time for our XFix Clip of the Crop. This weeks clip isn’t a submission, we just think it’s awesome.

If you want your clip to show next week, for any game you want, just upload it to YouTube or upload it to MediaFire.com and send us the link, we’ll feature it on our YouTube channel!

The email to send links to us is: submissions@myxboxlive.com

I hope you feel updated and gamingly invigorated now. That’s all for this week.
