Unlock Wars Armour In Darksiders 2 If You Have A Darksiders Save

For those Darksiders fans that kept their Darksiders 1 save on their systems are in for a treat. There will be some unique in-game content for us to use in Darksiders 2. As a ‘reward’ to the Darksiders community, THQ and Vigil games have announced that the War armor and a Scythe (based on War’s Chaoseater sword) will be available to those with a Darksiders save.

To obtain the armor, all you need to do is play Darksiders 1 and have the save present, you will be rewarded with the level 5 Pauldrons of the Horseman Armor. But to get the bonus weapon, you will need to finish the entire Darksiders story. DS2 will be reading the achievements from DS to decide if you have earned these bonus items or not.

So if you want these items and you haven’t beaten Darksiders (or haven’t played it yet! WHAT?!) you might want to hurry up a little bit as Darksiders 2 is out on August 14th 2012.
