MW3 Double XP Weekend: Now ON!

We’re a tad late to publish this, but there is a reason; we’ve been playing Call of Duty. This weekend see’s Activision and Infinity Ward fighting back against the ‘Blackout uprising’; the internet campaign, which called for all Modern Warfare 3 players to avoid the game for a day which has now been disrupted by the chance to level up quickly, and gain that all important prestige faster.

That feeling that every Double XP weekend is back; play seems more worthwhile, whilst equally challenging, as players emerge adding to the total numbers within each game. Addtionally, all those that aren’t Elite Premium subscribers will be able to play on the exclusive map package ‘The MW3 Collection 1′, which includes the maps Piazza, Liberation, Overwatch and Black Box and two more special ops: Negotiator and Black Ice.
