Mass Effect 3: Resurgence Pack DLC

Just a day after BioWare announced a new ending to ‘further clarify’ to its hit game Mass Effect 3, the developer has released the details of the games first DLC package the Mass Effect 3: Resurgence Pack. The pack will be available to download from April 10th and FREE to those that own the game.

The DLC includes two new maps for the multiplayer mode: Firebase Condor; a warzone outpost located on one of Palaven’s moons and Hydra; an old abandoned quarian colony which has since been converted into a critical power facility.

As well as new maps the free content will also include six new characters including the Asari Justicar Adept, Krogan Battlemaster Vanguard and characters from new playable races with theBatarian Soldier, Batarian Sentinel, Geth Engineer and Geth Infiltrator. New weapons unlocking the Striker Assault Rifle, Kishock Harpoon Gun and Geth Plasma SMG.

This is as well as new things to do with your credits. Consumables include:

• Strength Enhancer – Applies a melee damage boost for one mission
• Targeting VI – Applies a headshot damage bonus for one mission
• Stabilization Module – Stabilizes weapons while firing and moving for one mission
• Shield Power Cells – Shortens the length of time shields take to begin recharging for one mission
