*UPDATE* Free Modern Warfare 3 map ‘Terminal’ is available now!

To all Call of Duty Modern Warfare fans, it was rumoured last week that the popular Modern Warfare 2 map ‘Terminal’ would be heading its way towards Modern Warfare 3 very soon.  Well Infinity Ward have now officially confirmed that the ‘Terminal’ map will be making its way to Modern Warfare 3 next Tuesday via the Xbox 360 Marketplace on the 17^th for ‘Call of Duty Elite’ subscribers and then it will become available to non subscribers the next day and best of all its FREE to everyone.

For me this was very much a ‘Marmite’ Love it or Hate it map, but as it will be a free download, there’s very little to complain about here.  This follows the free ‘Face Off’ maps that were given to us on May 15^th, so a big thank you goes to Infinity Ward for giving us even more free content. It will be interesting to see if Treyarch do anything similar for the eagerly anticipated ‘Black Ops 2’, heading our way on November 13^th, though Treyarch have already confirmed that we will be getting ‘Nuketown 2025’ as a free Pre – Order bonus.
