Expendables 2: XBLA Video Game

While we are all getting hyped up for the movie release of Expendables 2, Ubisoft have decided to bring the action directly to us via an Xbox Live Arcade video game. You will be able to choose between Barney Ross (Stallone), Gunner Jensen (Lundgren), Hale Caesar (Crews) and Yin Yang (Jet Li) for the games main characters.

The video game is set to be a prequel story to the upcoming blockbuster movie which involves rescuing a VIP billionaire that has been kidnapped. The game is going to be side scrolling shooter which will be up to 4 player co-op locally or over XBL. To add more variety to the game, you will be able to control a range of vehicles to keep the action going and fight for the top place in the leaderboards as you complete challenges within the game.

So far there is no exact date for the release of the game, only this summer. Pricing is still to be confirmed as well. But have a look at the couple of screenshots below and let us know what you think!
