‘Dead or Alive 5’ Newly announced Characters, Stage, Trailer and new online Tournament mode

‘DEAD OR ALIVE 5′ NEWLY ANNOUNCED CHARACTERS, STAGE, TRAILER AND ONLINE TOURNAMENT MODE

‘Team Ninja’ who are behind one of the most highly anticipated ‘Beat em Up’ games of the year in ‘Dead or Alive 5’ has revealed two new characters at this year’s ‘Gamescom’, ‘Brad Wong’ and ‘Eliot’. Not only that, but ‘Team Ninja’ have also revealed a brand new stage and a key feature to DOA5’s online mode.

Firstly I’ll introduce you to ‘Eliot’ who is a Xing Yi Quan prodigy under the tutelage of master Gen Fu. The youngest contestant in the DOA tournament, Eliot has a polite and respectful attitude toward his rivals but can be very aggressive and impatient during a fight. Fast on his feet, he uses coordinated movements to generate bursts of power, overwhelming his opponents while simultaneously defending and attacking

And we also have ‘Brad Wong’, after having concluded his search for the legendary wine Genra, returns to Dead or Alive 5 with his unique fighting style. The “Druken Master” continues to exhibit the distinct moves of Zui Quan, confusing his opponents with his well-balanced style that employs a combination of hard-to-predict evasive maneuvers and quick strikes

And what better way to showcase the newly announced characters, then to pit them against one another in a brand spanking new stage. What starts in a small China house, soon sprawls havoc as the ‘DOA5’ characters will crash through walls and scenery onto the streets. Much like ‘DOA4’ the destructible environments are a key feature in ‘DOA5’ and are something that helps set the game away from its competitors.

Also, ‘DOA5’ will feature a new and improved online feature. Now you can test your skills against other players around the world via a very impressive knock out style tournament. This will certainly add a lot of excitement and tension to an already very impressive looking game and I will certainly be giving this online tournament ago, though I’m sure I will get my ass handed to me.
