Battlefield 3 ‘Premium’ Info Leaked – $50
Blunders have appeared in the frameworks again. This time in the form of Sony’s EU Playstation Blog. Which revealed a June 4th launch across all of Battlefield 3′s consoles, alongside the upcoming ‘Close Quarters‘ DLC
However a more concrete source has come right out of Germany containing a plethora of information. Premium members will get a long list of extra features. Here’s the list.
At the one off price of $50, or 4,000 Microsoft Points for those of you in the Xbox currency, users will be tempted to dive straight into this offer. No ties or subscriptions means you won’t be gradually draining your card as with Call of Duty’s Elite service as well as getting you access to the map packs that are likely to add up to $45 themselves, with Close Quarters being confirmed as $15.
Will you be getting Battlefield 3 Premium on June 4th? Tell us in the comments below and get 10 free credits!

Makes me happy that I traded in BF3 a while ago.
I will definitely be purchasing the Premium Service. Really it just seems like a Season Pass that adds early access to the map packs as well as a few other goodies not available to other players, such as the Dog Tags, Knife, and different camo options. I am really excited to see an official announcement just to confirm that this information is accurate. I don’t think that the release date is on spot though. That’s only a few days away and I don’t think that DICE would hold off on announcing something so close to the supposed release date.
